His general corporate representation practice has included the formation and organization of business entities, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He further counsels and assists clients with the drafting and negotiation of contracts and leases, as well as, securing state and local licenses, permits, and certifications, including any necessary alcoholic beverage licenses and food service permits.
Daniel formerly served as General Counsel for the Jekyll Island Authority where he advised the Board of Directors and executive staff of the Authority on all legal matters with a focus on the areas of land use/zoning, procurements and contracts.
