Brian represents insurers in connection with complex coverage matters involving cyber, privacy, professional liability, and general liability policies. He counsels insurers on a broad range of first- and third-party liability issues, including duty to defend, bad faith exposure, and computer network security breaches.

Prior to joining LRD, Brian attended the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of the National Security Law Journal and was a member of the George Mason Law Review.

Brian and his wife, Sandra, live in Arlington, Virginia, with their Mini-Aussie Maggie.
